VIPToto Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Entertainment Platform Usage Policy

1Acceptance of Terms

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at viptoto. Opening multiple accounts – whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details – is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the KYC process is accurate, complete, and up to date. viptoto is not liable for any payment delays or failures caused by inaccurate information.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. viptoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by third parties where such access resulted from your own negligence.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Viptoto accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Viptoto does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own applicable charges.
• Funds deposited must come only from legitimate sources and from an account in your own name. viptoto does not accept third-party deposits.
• Any attempt to make a deposit using fraudulent or unauthorized methods will result in immediate account suspension and a report to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Viptoto processes winning withdrawals quickly – typically within 3 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the same name as the viptoto account.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may vary depending on your VIP membership tier.

5.2 Processing Timeframe

In certain cases such as large withdrawal amounts or additional review requirements, viptoto reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to 3 business days. Users will be notified should such a delay occur.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by viptoto subject to the specific terms and eligibility stated alongside each offer. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• Welcome bonuses and first deposit bonuses are only available to new members who have not previously registered.
• Each bonus type carries a wagering requirement (e.g. 20x, 30x) that must be fulfilled before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Viptoto reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Only one bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Use of software or arbitrage methods to exploit promotions is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7Game Rules & User Conduct

All viptoto users are required to comply with the established game rules and to conduct themselves respectfully toward other users and platform staff.

• The use of any software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward other users via the live chat feature is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or collude with other players for an unfair advantage is a serious offense that will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.
• The outcome of all games generated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) is final and cannot be disputed.

8Account Security & Privacy

11Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
